• Ticket Purchase and Payment
  • All tickets must be purchased in advance through our official website or authorised sales channels.

• Ticket Confirmation
  • Upon successful payment, a confirmation email with the ticket details will be sent to the email address provided during purchase.
  • Tickets must be presented at the entrance for admission. Digital or printed copies are acceptable.
• Refunds and Cancellations
  • Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the organiser.
  • If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified via email and will receive a full refund within 14 business days.
• Event Conduct
  • All attendees must adhere to the venue’s rules and regulations.
  • The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who is deemed to be disruptive or in violation of the event’s code of conduct.
• Liability
  • The organiser is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.

• Changes to Terms and Conditions
