Join Us for a Charity Golf Day!
We are excited to invite you to our Charity Golf Day, raising funds to build a new pavilion for Orpington Football Club. This event promises a day of fun, competition, and community spirit, all for a fantastic cause.
Event Details:
- Date: 18th July
- Time: Arrive at 8:00 AM for coffee/tea and bacon roll.
- Shotgun start at 10:00 AM and finish appx 3:00 PM. The Halfway House will be available for refreshments throughout.
- Approximately 3:00 PM BBQ for players on the Terrace.
- Feel free (or not!) to invite family & friends to join for drink on the Terrace.
- 4:00 PM for prize giving, silent auction, auction and raffle prizes.
- Location: Langley Park Golf Club
Activities:
- Golf Tournament: Compete in a friendly tournament with a shotgun start.
- Beat the Pro and nearest the Pin games: Can you double your money?
- Prizes: Exciting prizes for the top performers.
- Silent Auction: Bid on fantastic items and experiences.
- Auction: Participate in our live auction for exclusive items.
- Raffle: Try your luck in our raffle for a chance to win great prizes.
Fundraising for Orpington Football Club: We are raising money to build a new pavilion for Orpington Football Club, which will provide much-needed facilities for our players and the community. Your participation and generosity will make a significant impact. We encourage everyone to dig deep and support this worthy cause. Every contribution, big or small, brings us closer to our goal.
Scoring for the day will be Stableford with two prizes - one for best single player and one for best team.
Entry Requirements:
- Teams of 4 (4-ball format).
- Tickets are £100 for non-Langley Park members and £50 for members*.
- Please provide dietary requirements and handicaps for all players upon registration.
Join us for a day of golf and camaraderie, all for a great cause. We look forward to seeing you there and making a difference together!
*Note for Members: To receive your discounted ticket price, please use the appropriate discount code when purchasing your ticket, based on the number of members in your 4-ball team:
- MEMBERx1: 1 member in the team
- MEMBERx2: 2 members in the team
- MEMBERx3: 3 members in the team
- MEMBERx4: 4 members in the team
For example, if your 4-ball team has 2 members, apply the code MEMBERx2 during checkout.

Event Participation
- All participants must register prior to the event.
- Participants must adhere to the rules and regulations of the golf club.
- Members will need to provide their membership number during registration. If they are not members, they will be charged the full price.
Registration Fees
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- All proceeds from the event will go to the Pavilion project.
Safety and Conduct
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner.
- The golf club reserves the right to remove any participant for inappropriate behaviour.
Liability
- The organisers are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the event.
- Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
Weather Policy
- The event will proceed rain or shine.
- In the case of severe weather, the event may be rescheduled.
Use of Images
- By participating, you consent to the use of your image in any promotional materials for the event.
Privacy
- Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of the event and will not be shared with third parties.
Amendments
- The organisers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
